A People Operations Executive in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Laura Remaker has served as the Chief People Officer and Principal Advisor for G2 Startup Advisors LLC since 2022. Laura provides strategic, tactical and operational advice and support to startup companies, as well as operating as a fractional Chief People Officer to companies such as Mural Health and Auxilius. Laura Remaker has served at 4 companies in the Head of People role which were named among the Best Places to Work from 2012 to 2021.

Ms. Remaker’s professional accomplishments span across the fields of Human Resources (HR), Talent Acquisition (TA), Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), Learning and Development (L&D), and overall internal operations. Ms. Remaker holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Pennsylvania, where she served as president of the Student Athletic Advisory Committee and played for the school’s Division I golf team. She later earned a Certificate in Finance & Accounting from the Wharton School of Business and a Masters Certification in Human Resources from Villanova University. Laura is active in her community, serving on her high school's board and spending time golfing with her daughters at Sandy Run Country Club.
